In this season of despair

In this season of despondency

For everyday we linger for emancipation
From this dungeon of deception and evilness
From Kafanchan to Kishi
We pray and linger for a quick release
From this cesspit of emptiness

But freedom will come
Not from indifference
But careful struggle and single-mindedness
To turn our sorrows into sweet songs
