Single Life Poem by Randy McClave

Single is the best life for me
I can become whatever I want to be,
I can do anything that I want to do
And I never ever have to ask you.
I never need to worry about cheating
Or with others competing,
Whoever I want to I can mingle
Because, I am single.
I never need to ask for permission
Under any condition,
I will not be used and I'll never take an insult
Because, I am a single adult.
I go to bed whenever that I want
That's my number one font,
And whenever that I want to wake up
I just get up.
I need no one to go peacefully to sleep with
That's just a woman's myth,
Whenever I go to bed
Peace reigns in my soul and in my head.
Being single is the best when you go out dining
There is never no complaining on whining,
Never will you be questioned with, "can I eat this or that"
Or questioned with, "will it make me fat".
I worry no more and honestly I fight less
No longer is there any regret or stress,
Happiness and joy is my thought out plan
Because, I am a happy and contented single man.
