I saw two skeletons high in the sky:
A spooky spectacle for folk passing by.
They lazily lounged on currents of air;
This crazy couple made a very strange pair.
Floating, fluttering through a sky of grey
On a cold, autumnal October day;
The scary skeletons then dipped and dived,
As the blustery breeze brought them alive.
One was jet black - the other, snow white,
And, together, they made the most awesome sight;
The sight itself took me quite by surprise,
And I stood there watching them feeling quite mesmerized.
The skeletons were, in fact, really cool kites,
Hovering high in the sky above Saxon Heights;
Folk down below were busy pulling their strings;
The sky that day was just full of strange things.
