Sleep Poem by Jade Baker

Sleep

There’s no point denying,
Tonight I’m dying,
For my sins I will suffer,
My soul I will uncover,
Condemned to my fate,
I beg you not to pray,
For I don’t deserve to live,
Too many people i have hurt,
And my life is all I’ve got left to give,
So as I close my eyes,
And release this monster that is inside,
Don’t cry another tear,
For justice is finally here
