Sleepless Modern World Life! Poem by Ramesh T A

Sans good food one cannot do all things with energy and strength;
But sans sleep one cannot be brisk and alert to do all in life and work;
Sans good food and work one cannot be happy and satisfied in world life;
For that one should have good sleep to renew oneself in all respects!

To have good sleep place of living should be calm at night though
It is very noisy in the morning, afternoon and evenings in all cities and towns;
Sound of all vehicles in the day and noise of street dogs in the nights
Everyone is affected and no free sleep is possible to have to be perfect in health!

Only dream-less sleep all get and imagination and dreams no one knows;
Only thoughts of hell and horrible images come to one in the night sleep;
As a consequence one is ever irritated in doing works and in family life;
Sleep only can bring heaven to one's life in the hellish modern world!

As a result all long for holidays to go to tourist places not to enjoy but sleep;
This is how many a working people all over the world live sans any redemption!
