Sleepy, Sleepy Birds Poem by Elena Daniela

Sleepy, Sleepy Birds

Sleepy, sleepy birds
Are coming to their nests,
Hiding through the branches.
Have a Good Night! Rest!

Only creeks are making sounds,
While the forest falls asleep,
Even flowers in the garden.
Have a Good Night! Sleep!

Swans are gliding on the waters,
Shelters searching through the reeds,
May the angels guard above you.
Have a Good Night! Peace!

On the sky with diamond stars
The moon is rising to the extreme.
All is a magical realm.
Have a Good Night! Dream!

revised 07/30/2026:
Sleepy, Little Birds

Sleepy, little birds
Are creeping to their nests,
Hiding through the branches.
Good night! Rest!

Only sighing creeks are heard,
While the forest falls asleep,
Even flowers in the garden.
Good night! Sleep!

Swans are gliding on the waters,
Searching shelter through the reeds,
May the angels guard above you.
Good night! Peace!

In the sky with diamond stars,
The moon is rising so supreme...
All is harmony afar.
Good night! Dream!
