Slipped Poem by Anil Kumar Panda

Slipped

Fear of death looms large
In the rotten corner of the mind
Where you left an ugly scratch;
Soft wind of spring makes
Me weep sitting on bed as sweet
Memory of love I try to catch;

Leading the procession of woes
In the shadow of a marooned love
The heart plays a mournful tune;
An oasis is lost in the hot desert
When all emotions are gathered as
Sands and stand like a poking dune
