Slowly and silently
In the east
Rises the sun
Draped in a cloud of mist
Slowly and silently
From its nest
The small bird
Peeps out breaking its rest
Slowly and silently
Across the sky
Clouds change
Colors as they multiply
Slowly and silently
Across the land
Dawn descends
Revealing a vista so grand
