Slow Down Time
Life don't ever leave these days:
When I can look my loved ones eyes-
And not ever have to turn away.
Though work be endless as the night,
As long as I still have him near,
Every day must fill with light.
Life don't ever leave these days,
For yearning most of forever lasts,
And I have words I mean to say;
Go slow and slower, time that pass.
