Small World De Ja Vu (Original 10 17 2009) Poem by Lee B. Mack

Small World De Ja Vu (Original 10 17 2009)

Small world –de ja vu insight
Knows trifocal vision draws
Object love into focus
All at once to see –that stereo
Binaural noise white blows
Tones less meaningful than you
Come into view as virtual to me
I want nothing other than the de ja vu
To be my simultaneous love for you
Your love satisfies me as love
Should always be -yet I look as
Around in love as if I cannot see
Small world isn’t it? De ja vu?
Remember last year in 2006 when
You gave me my first cell phone
After all these years I refused to
Acquire cellular telling you and all my
Friends that technology to talk to
Each other long distance exist already
As if I knew as de ja vu the distances
I used to talk to you here and now
And then I kept the secrets for fifty
Years in and out of de ja vu -nothing
Ever is discovered nothing ever new.
