Smiles All The Way Poem by DEEPAK KUMAR PATTANAYAK

Smiles All The Way

Today;
How divinely dawns the day
Though it’s December
I could hear liquid notes of May
Sweet, sweeter, sweetest
Ecstatic, today goes wildest
Snowflakes falling from air
And smiles glowing in faces fare
Prayers of angels echoing
Looks falling from heaven’s sphere
And the atmosphere charged
With beauty, delight and cheer
And that shall be a joy to all ever
Flowers blossom and birds carol
Love’s lips murmur and life’s wine spills
Squeals, shrieks and jingles
All that make young and old thrill
Could not be less than heavenly dreams
And steadily fleecy clouds uncovering the stars
And my soul waking from a slumber
To see Christmas is here
Wish you all Merry Christmas
My fellow poets, my friends, my dear………………
