Snails Walk Out Of Their Shells Poem by Lillian Susan Thomas

Snails Walk Out Of Their Shells

Rating: 0.5

Snails slide down the sidewalk
On a slime carpet after a rain.
As it dries sometimes
They walk out of their shells -
As if their shoes got stuck in mud.
And in the sunshine
A shimmering trail
Follows the slug
Back to the garden loam.
