Snorkleing Molokini Poem by Rhonda Baker

Snorkleing Molokini

On our second day, we decide to snorkel in Molokini
With me dressed in a wet suit over my bikini
An hour out on the sea
When my stomach starts to disagree
We arrive at the crescent crater
Hoping I will start to feel better
Schools of yellow tang around me swim
All around the coral as we are snorkelin
To spot a green sea turtle is the plan
That and to get back on the land
I saw two that day out on a blue green sea
Quite the adventurers, my husband and me
