Snowbound Poem by Joyce Hemsley

Snowbound

Forty words:

Winter's weather rushed in with a blast.
Now prayer after prayer cometh fast.
Britain's workforce is at the ready
A message from heaven is...
'Steady boys steady'
Valuable snowploughs are in fashion again
As they clear the area's dangerous terrain.
