So Fast Poem by Vera Sidhwa

So Fast

Rating: 5.0

He ran so fast,
I turned green with envy.
You see I didn't like,
The front space,
Between I and he.

He ran even faster,
I frowned even harder.
I wanted to tell him to stop,
By standing in front.

Well, try as I may,
He perserverd,
I learned my lesson well,
When my thoughts would dwell,
That it wasn't mine to,
Try to stop him.

He ran faster yet.
