So Many Things I Love About You Poem by Daya Nandan

So Many Things I Love About You

So many special things I love about you,
Some that I know and some I never knew,
Special to feel and special to see,
Dept of beauty surpassing the deep blue sea,

Beauty of your soul, body and mind,
Something that in no woman any man can find,
The way you swing your hair, so wild and free,
The way you bring heaven like my bride to be,

The way you move those lips, so tender and sweet,
Enough to make a heart easily skip a beat,
So sweet so pure so loving my human shrine,
Brings me to heaven with your loving hand on mine,

You are the angel in my heart summoning heaven to earth,
Bringing out love in me, showing me what paradise is worth,
I love it so much when you place your lips on mine,
Drowning me in your love that sweet taste of wine,

The shape of your neck so enticing and tender,
How can a kiss for thee a young man not surrender,
I will wrap my hands around you protecting you like a defender,
My chest against your back and my arms around your waist so slender,

The feeling I have when I see that loving smile, that gentle face,
Brings me across all realms of love, time and space,
That aura you bring with the alluring way you dress,
Elegantly dressed to love, an angel truly dressed to impress,

Sometimes you are so magical I wonder if this is a dream,
The way you love me so well under the moon’s special gleam,
You are more to me than a women can be as a wife,
You have done so much making me value my life,

Every moment I wake and every breath I take,
I think of you and the life we can share the life we can make,
I want you to know that I love you deeply be it rain or shine,
Deep down we both know you have all that is in this heart of mine,

Maybe one day we will meet again and walk a path together,
Being together, whenever wherever and forever,
Love me or not while I live I want you to know,
That wherever you walk with you my love will grow.
