So Many Tongues Poem by Mohammad Younus

So Many Tongues

Rating: 5.0

So many tongues,
Yet mystics choose silence,
No words on their lips
To speak their deepest truths.
They listen with the heart,
Receiving wisdom's call
From sages and gnostics true—
Anger, love, sorrow, joy—
All buried deep within the quiet,
Where only silence hears.
And so do I,
Walking the Mystics' Way.
