Onset of the spring brought a new face of nature,
As if a painter has drawn earth's colorful caricature
Myriad hues spattered on the earthly canvas so vast,
A mystic hand from nowhere does it amazingly fast.
The green sprawl, the red, the yellow, flowers upon,
The tiny sprouts, shy shoot golden, all neatly shown.
The cerulean sky depicts a canopy with endless spread,
A few clouds roam around with wanderlust like ill-bred.
The sweet fragrance of morning breeze refreshing,
Golden rays of sun pouring god's love and blessing.
The nightingale filled the air with melodious song,
The pent up desires of buxom beauties grew strong.
As the day become more pronounced with brightness,
Sleepy, tranquil surroundings enliven with blitheness.
Exalted spirits of all living beings is evident everywhere,
Hailing the spring season with festivities here and there.
Dusk gives a cool soothing welcome to the starry night,
Souls unite while drifting in the sea of amorous delight.
The moon, the stars peep from the sky to earth lovingly,
Like a kin's love, shower their silvery shine unceasingly.
