Solemn Poem by Benjamin Chiu Uy

Solemn

Solemn

When and how,
The solemn question asked to the translucent sky,
A large puncture on the solemn air,
The huge anticipation for-the sound of an echoed answers,

A floating helium balloon, suspended without propulsions,
In an empty sky of questions,

Can this problematic world be ridden from the sins of greed, lusts, murders, rapes and fornications?

The last recount suggest 2-3 billionth populations and more are being processed, coming and added,

Ifever the propagation doesn't stop the urge,
And the two-puppets eggheads continues their brainless encounters,
Expect the heavy night's traffic.

As life became more burdensome and the grains in the field hardly sustainable,
Drought and famine are expected,

As always the question hung in the empty air of the ghettos, unconcerned, unconcern, become more profound for the multitude and the attitudes of the churches,

You are dumbstruck for an answer,
Even this late January sky asked the moon god for an legit answer,

To which the shaken heads cannot answer
