O solitude! If you with me roam,
Take me to the gardens of the nature,
Wherein the sun on my head,
Shed its light and not heat,
Wherein soft grasses smooth my feet
Wherein the pains in my heart
Let the first shower of rain take away,
Wherein only the ears of the creator listen what I pray.
Take me to the observatories of the nature
Wherefrom a smile I could steal from the roses
And a glow from the lotuses around,
Wherefrom pure water amid the fountains of love,
I could drink.
Wherein the waves of the world, with its worries and material bliss
Strikes thy stones of peace
And returns.
Wherein the dancing star and the flowing brooks,
And not the dull money beams
Accompany my dreams.
