Solitude Poem by Frank Sheehan

Solitude

When you're alone
it pays
to go into
an introspective mode
with some
form of meditation
or self realization.
It soothes
the mind and soul,
gives you
a better perspective
of the things
around you,
can cause you
to be uplifting
with a pleasant personality
as you
try to make headway
through the illusions
of your desires.
