life for sure
is uncertain
and this makes
the folds of
anxiety, like
an origami.

for some reason
we want to create
stability, and that
is what is being
done today,

we make life
predictable, with
the routines we
make, such as

regular meals,
on time exercises,
a walk in the park,
a moon gazing moment,
a date with friends,
a tryst with
our beloved,

a talk with God,
a stare on the ceiling,
a stepping outside
the taking of deep breaths,
the chants of exhale and
inhale,

a plan to travel on
such a fixed date,
contact numbers of
new friends,
a road map, an apps
for places,
dining in a famous
resto,

alone, and be noticed,
giving another fertile
ground
for another love
to sprout and grow
and then some
flowers too.
