Someone You Can Depend Poem by reina Lorenzo

Someone You Can Depend

05/23/05 province…

Can’t you see?
Everything spins so natural for us
It’s weird but we shared the same world
I’ve seen you naked
The words you speak, how your mind think
And your circus life.

There was an ice-cream flavored we shared
Ate it with the same spoon
I don’t know but,
I like it
But to you,
It’s nothing.

Can’t you feel?
I just can’t take myself off you
How much I enjoy holding you
How hard I wish you will hold me
More that someone you can depend.

I tried to pull off and fail myself
Tryin’ to fade you out
But I just can’t help myself.

I’m just someone you can depend
Can’t be your song to make you live forever
Just a clown making you smile
Can never be more that you wanted
For you,
I’m just someone you can depend..
