Whatever I do,
I always feel,
I should be doing something else,
Writing a poem
Just now I stopped,
Its importance suddenly seemed less
Than the ironing, the shopping,
Phone calls to make
I need to sort out the mess,
But instead, here I am
Writing a poem,
About how I should be doing something else!
