-Sometimes We Try-
Sometimes we try our very best
to read between the lines
But I don't think we'll ever know
What's on other people's minds.
Don't put your words into my mouth
to make my meaning new,
For all my thoughts are just my own
And I can't talk for you.
And If I say things out of line,
Please tell me to my face,
I've never tried to hurt someone-
I try to walk in Grace.
But sometimes I might slip and fall
and say a thing or two.
Just know I'm really sorry
I'd never intend to injure you! ! ! ! ! ! !
