Somewhere Beyond The Masses Of Grey Poem by Irina Doichinova

Somewhere Beyond The Masses Of Grey

Somewhere beyond
The thick masses of grey
The brilliance of the sun
Invincibly reigns.
Somewhere beyond
The darkness
Of this present evil age
The Son sits immovable
On His throne of truth and grace.

Waiting for the day
When His enemies
Will be made His footstool,
When justice and equity
Will be the sceptre of His iron rule.

When crying and sighing, and pain
Shall be remembered no more,
When a new heaven and a new earth
Shall be established after a brutal war,
When death shall be abolished
And all things eternally restored.
When the lion shall lie with the lamb,
When peace and justice shall rule in the land.

Somewhere beyond
The thick masses of grey
Every eye shall see Him
At the dawn of a new Day.
Somewhere beyond
The darkness
Of this present evil age
There is a kingdom invisible,
Coming with justice,
Coming with rage.
