Somewhere I Want To Be Poem by Melanie Emikohe

Somewhere I Want To Be

I memorize myself but somehow misplaced;
in here, it is just surviving -
outside the walls of ordinariness
awaits my family!

Let me be where my turf is
I know the feeling but not the place.
May the storm waft my hesitance,
Somewhere (in where?) , where I should be.
