Ever since I remember
they have been teaching me
lessons at home,
lessons at school,
lessons in temple,
lessons in playground,
wherever I love to live free.

Why have they been so doing?
Are they working on something,
a project privately undertaken
or an agenda socially knitted? ?
Why do they do so?
Need someone tell me
that I am a human being?
That I have a mind to think
and a heart to follow?

Don't they know
after so many centuries
of worthless efforts
that we humans are
to be loved and cared, never tamed,
and there is a prison
for all except for the humans? ?
