Sonnet: Miraculous Prayers Poem by Dr John Celes

Sonnet: Miraculous Prayers

Rating: 5.0

I cannot be right hand or left for you,
But I will sympathize for you at times;
I’ll give you respect and do my duty;
You can depend on me sure in all climes.

I cannot give you money or great wealth,
But I can be your friend good, when you need;
I can advise you well regarding health
Of body, mind – keep off from evil deed!

I cannot recommend or influence;
But say the word and I will pray for you;
I can decipher well from sense, nonsense,
And beg God’s mercy for the things you do.

I may not save your life on earth some way;
Your soul, I can try saving any day!

A prayer is simply a submission to faith, believing in what you do not see by the eye but felt in the heart! A 10.
