Sonnet: Our Loving God Poem by Dr John Celes

God does all things for every person's best;
He cares for His beloved ones caught in strife;
He wants all souls in raiment of grace dressed;
He loves to make us feel good in this life.

When house gets flooded, He provides a new;
When things get old, He helps you buy new ones;
When thirsty, He gives water akin dew;
When land in drought, He brings the rain in tons.

Our loving God knows needs before we ask;
Nevertheless, He wants us all to pray;
The souls in purity in His grace bask;
God wants us live in happiness, each day.

Yet, man sins often straying off from God;
To make him better, God sends His just rod.
