Sonnet: Wait For God's Moment Poem by Dr John Celes

Sonnet: Wait For God's Moment

Rating: 0.5

Look! Hesperus isn't bright as it should be!
It shines with lesser sheen than day before;
The Moon is also less bright really;
Perhaps, the rain-clouds fill the Sky bit more.

But, 'tis not truly so; my mind's at fault;
Today, 'tis filled again with gloomy thoughts;
But what to do? my train of thoughts won't halt;
My sad moments look like the Starry dots.

Yet, Hesperus says, 'I'm always the same';
The Moon will also be full form again;
Our state of mind and outlook is to blame;
Be patient more; never try to complain.

God knows our hearts, travails, weaknesses all;
Wait for His moment; He will surely call.
