Sonnet Xxi - A Blossom Fair I Lay Down At Thy Feet

Sonnet XXI - A Blossom Fair I Lay Down At Thy Feet

A blossom fair I lay down at thy feet
And diadems upon thine head adorn
A throne to be thine ever welcome seat
And in thine arms, a wreath of mellowed corn
For thou art regal, thou art majesty
Above the common throng is all thy grace
Full woven into earth's sweet tapestry
As there resides the beauty of thy face
Ah, nothing crafted can to thee compare
Not anything that ever could be wrought
For thou art yet so beautiful and fair
Within thine eyes, the sun and moon are caught
………… Around thine aspect all the stars yet shine
………… With all the world resplendent and divine
