Sorrows Of The Violin Poem by Julian Carlos Co

Sorrows Of The Violin

Rating: 5.0

I've lost it's ways, not sure of it's pace.
Now or will I ever be.
Make such fragile possibility,
Be a spotlight of certainty.

I have heard you, yes I've been listening.
To your ever tales of shattering stars,
To your journey to dark oceans,
To your short-lived memories, a beat from fading.

Changing me inside out was your perk,
You looked after me,
But now that I've fallen for you,
You suddenly married death.

I wanted to hold you up,
To be my piece that I'll be playing.
Drifting across my past was my weakness,
But you should've waited 'till I said "You're my drive."

Upon all music, you loved the sound of violin.
I cannot, I will not forget our fate,
So as long as eternity stands,
I'll play, play, and play.
