Soul Food Poem by Paul Warren

Soul Food

Soul food sound so great
And it seems so important to make
Each morsel so it speaks to your soul
And makes you want to rock and roll

It comes from the American south
In the days of segregation mouth
But it must be special in its sound
For eating makes you glory bound.
