Oh, how I DO love Christmas
What a special and joyful event
Bright and cheerful decorations
Time with loved ones are spent

We cluster around the folks we enjoy
In an cozy corner to chat
Eat special food and pass out gifts
Ah, that’s where the fun is at

We all set aside this special time
Even put away the past
Serve eggnog and munch on treats
The time goes by so fast

I treasure this special time
During this wonderful holiday
Spending time with chosen people
Before Christmas slips away!
