Spring Poem by Fred Babbin

Spring

The Springtime is a cummin’ in
Croak you frogs, croak!
Such promise is seen
In the time between
The too-cold winter
With it’s snow, serene,
and too hot summer,
So lush and green,
So croak, croak, you frogs
