Create simple verse
Accept my literary
Rare but easy style

With nothing better
In which to squander my time
Than compose haiku

Metahaiku strains
Against the seams of my mind
Yearning for eyeballs

Years of practicing
Original rensaku
Using acrostics

Such as the above
Is read CAR WIT MAY YOU SIT
Tricky but that's me
