Sri Narada Guru Poem by Mahathi Mydavolu

On this auspicious day of GURU POORNIMA I prostrate on the lotus feet of my GURU, the CELESTIAL SAGE NARADA PARABRAHMA.
Many lay people consider Sri Narada as a fomenter of quarrels and fights between people. That is a totally wrong impression. In fact as per Astrology or Jyothish Sastra He joins or binds people with love and affection. Among the 27 Astrological stars, the stars Jyeshta, Arudra and Revathi belong to Him. He is the Adhi Devatha of planet Budha or Mercury. In fact He inculcates Bhakti among the devotees and helps them have the blessings of the Lord Narayana and finally grants His devotees Mukthi or Salvation. I request all the readers to pray that cosmic sage Sri Narada Parahbrahma and fulfill their lives.

SRI NARADA GURU

A melody swept through the vacuum skies.
His voice so sweet beyond the human ken
As tears rolled, rolled with ecstasy from eyes
Of mystic people wandering in heaven.

Like a lightening in clouds, sage Narada
Is passing through the yonder blue in trance
By singing songs on Lord Narayana
And slowly moving steps to sway in dance.

His divine tunes on veena Mahathi
Are oh bewitching worlds, as Devathas
And others of the welkin world to see
Gathered to sip that nectar sweet, en mass.

To Master Narada, and tunes His sweet
I bow and genuflect on His pious feet.
