Stand On Your Feet Poem by Dr. Antony Theodore

Stand On Your Feet

Rating: 5.0

Prophets are people
who act and speak
in relation to the future.

But how can one
recognize who is
a right and who
is a wrong Prophet?

Prophets are
God's mouthpieces.

They can
hear what God
is saying.

So he does not
just speak his
own words;
he must be open
to what God
says to him.

Prophets do not
proclaim themselves,
but are God's mouthpieces.

Prophets are upright,
raised up by God.

Then it says:
It is God who
lifts up the prophet:
'Stand on your feet,
son of man'
(Ref. to Ezekiel 1: 28 in the Holy Bible) .
