Star Of Stars Poem by Joyce Hemsley

Star Of Stars

'Glamour Girl' pleases the world
With such magnetic appeal...
She always did, and always will.

Admirers assembled
From countries afar,
To take a brief glimpse
Of the young movie star.
And in magical Spring
When compliments flow
A tall handsome romeo
Said 'Hi there ~ hello'.
Soon they were married
In fashionable style,
But the tabloids omitted
His name from the file.
So he said goodbye
With a tear in his eye.

'Glamour Girl' still takes a bow
She always did and always will.
For she has such magnetic appeal.
