Stars Poem by Alison Gaff

Stars

Rating: 5.0

I'd like to think that all the stars
That twinkle high above
Are all our friends who've passed away
Sending down their love.

Although the're gone forever
The're not really far away
Forever in our thoughts and hearts
Waiting 'till we meet again some day

So remember all the happy times
And hold them safe inside
Look back at all the things you've done
With joy and love and pride

The grief and pain you feel today
Will seem very hard to bear
But with family and friends around
We'll show you that we care
