The greed of man, not only stretches to wealth, also with mortality.
'We shall all ride a white horse through life called a century! '
When did we become so deluded to think we die at 100? !
Was there a meeting I missed at birth?
No.
The reality of life is specialists can tell the arrival of you, but never your departure date and times.
We all at the beginning get on this long train of life, the doctor, the conductor if you may, gives you your ticket take a seat at from and as we move through space and time - we get a little further up the train compartments with age.
The train stops at every station to let the ones at the back off at the back exit door and the new ones, again they occupy the first carriage, hence why we all move up every time.
The peoples faces you could never see at back soon enough become clearer.
Train stops.
People get on and people get off.
That is the natural alignment of life.
How many people did you know who have died as children?
How many people younger than you are as you read this has gone before you?
How many have had loved ones with the words 'they where gone far too soon? '
- Did they make one hundred?
No.
Why? , because we all think we're immortal.
Said people who we loved as family, as friends, as lovers etc who have left far before their time?
You can never forget them as they didn't even realise they are in the last carriage at 43 years of age. Good job, home, wife kids, exercised daily, no bad habits and exited out of here with a heart attack.
We have no guarantee when we get off this train, how good or bad our lives may be.
'You're ticket number is up, it's up' - says the conductor.
You honour their existence by memories shared once upon a this train
That was your yesterday.
What about your tomorrows?
When is your stop?
You don't know, as our tomorrow's aren't even here or set in stone yet, so nobody knows when their stop is.
All we have is now, this exact moment you read this - we only exist in the present with memories of our yesterdays, struggling with what tomorrow may bring?
We should only care about what's happening about now.
You're not getting your yesterdays back, they've been and gone.
Tomorrow isn't even here yet so why worry?
Come and exist in the now.
