Steer Poem by Abbe Martin

Steer

You move, and I pull away
I’m not ready for all the future may
Hold, in it golden hand
How do you trust the unplanned?

Your not, like the other guys
Shovernicstic and way out of line
Stop, sign red light warning me to stay
Stay away

They said this was meant to be fun
Jump board and ride the Shot Gun
You’ll, hate to love this adrenaline rush
Eventually you’ll see the sun

So, so come on just one chance
Baby will you trust me and
Run run run

If by chance you are the one.
I’ll realize this is life and you can
Take the wheal and steer
