Your mind is like that shiddy friend,
you don't need him around
so stop talking to him and stop listening to him howl

Be still, peaceful and silent

no creating, no replicating, no debating...

Just BE still and find God in the stillness
that is where he/she hides

Turning the mind volume down
is turning the God volume up
