Story Sans A Story Poem by Jayatissa K. Liyanage

Story Sans A Story

He, being a Gulliver from a rule
which, as they think can over-rule any rule
Be it whites or yellows or browns or blacks
and even Covids for that matter

Leaving a shore, of near two million
with Coronas on, and many in graves
Enters a Lilliputian shore, caring no rule of land
Walks out, taking the VIP in his hand

Acted HR Champ, fighting Totalitarianism
terrorism, racism 'n even anarchism
had no fight here, for, any rule is no rule to him
and alas! Lilliputians remained dumbfounded.....!
