Matchless She Poem by Jayatissa K. Liyanage

Matchless She

Rating: 4.4

Cries in happiness
Smiles in soreness
Absorb harshness
Deliver gentleness

Bears impudence
Tolerates vilification
Pacifies mayhems
Accepts abuses

Generous in dearth
Thrift when copious
Craves to accomplish
Absorbs letdowns

Tranquil in hurricane
Panics on irrelevant
Overacts trivial things
Neglects major ones

Overlooks malevolence
Die for benevolence
Banishes hatred
Accrues kindness
Comes as daughter
Then becomes sister
Enshrined, wife 'n mother
All in one woman, greater
