if things were always simple,
then would we need to work?
would we endure hours of endless labour every day,
or be tortured with the mental and physical stress of it?
would we have a world in which there was no pain and no need
for things like sickness and death?
would there be any trace of negative influence and dread
within the very walls we live in?
would there be any sort of need for war, instead an eternal peace forever flowing through the veins of our existence?
No, we wouldn't
but life is never simple, just because things seem straightfoward
doesn't mean they're simple...

I would like to translate this poem
'Life is really simple, but men insist on making it complicated'says Confucius. The wars are invented by man. By doing so, we are making life complicated. If there is love and peace, life is simple. Nice poem
