Strange Broken Glass Poem by Patti Masterman

Strange Broken Glass

Strange broken glass,
Somewhere old houses reach
To limbs once fashioned strong,
Between the sprouting leaves.

Above, walls looking in,
The spreading green, beneath;
By worldly hands, bestowed;
By missing hands, bequeathed.
