Stranger Poem by Lovely Enchantress

Stranger

Hey stranger, meu fogo
Pride and trust battered us.
Silence is what broke us.
We must flow like water.

You are like snow, full of purity, hope and sorrow.
Cold, frozen and beautiful.
Fell and drifted away with the wind.
Never to have or hold for too long. Maybe dark forces were at play.

I only denied myself, fear of falling into the abyss.
Never to come full circle again.
Oh how I always miss.

I could feed the need only for so long, I knew I couldn't keep you sustained. I just seem to know things.

If you ever wondered if it stung, it did right to my soul. You can't hold a candle up to a blaze.

I hold those moments like gold.
Remember to have compassion even for yourself. I have no bitterness in my heart for you, I could never. Even how we left things. Live like fire, meu amor.🔥
