Street Magician Poem by jho argote

Street Magician

Hey kid,
don't worry Ma'am, it's not money that i need
Which reminds me, little boy, can you hear?
Why? 'cause you've got a coin in your ear!

Hey! You, young man wearing Shades,
Choose a card
I'll shuffle, and guess - the ten of spades!
(Believe me, it's not that hard.)

Come, everyone!
Gather 'round, gather 'round!
(See?) My hat is empty,
But can you hear that sound?

Pay attention, little boy,
(It's magic, can't you see?)
From my hat will be a rabbit,
It's real, not a toy! (Gee!)

I'll tap it with my wand,
1,2,3, and there!
(A rabbit jumps out,
With short, white, snow-like hair!)
